The man hanging out the window is my Papa. Though he was never on the front lines (God rest those who were), he did serve in WWII. I'm not entirely sure when this picture was taken but I've always loved it and when I saw BohoMoms post today, it totally reminded me of it.Remembering those who served then, who are serving now and who will serve in the future. Your courage speaks louder than words ever could. Thank you.
