That is SO disturbing!
I cannot believe this treatment goes on in a socialized country.
Aside from the obvious nutritional needs not being met, that baby's emotional security has been forever damaged by breaking that bond with the mother.
Their are organizations to prevent this from happening to animals....
and here the so-called "professionals" are acting like this?
So bizarre.
